Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and screening of candidates for technical positions
• Posting job advertisements
• Active sourcing of candidates through various channels
• Building a global database of candidates
• Registration and maintenance of relevant candidates
• Update and maintenance of resource database
• Maintain agreements with sub-suppliers on recruitment
• Assist in developing recruitment/sourcing strategy
• Ad hoc administrative tasks

Requirements/Experience:

• 2+ years of recruitment experience (preferably in wind industry sector)
• Bachelor or Master degree
• Ability to communicate in English on minimum B2 level
• Good command of Romanian language is a plus
